Pro SolutionX Business Email uses a small number of cookies that the service needs to work. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not let third parties track you on our website or in webmail.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember that you are signed in or which options you chose.
2. The cookies we use

All of them are strictly necessary or remember a choice you made, so they are set without a consent banner. The sign-in cookies are marked HttpOnly and Secure, so scripts cannot read them and they only travel over HTTPS.
3. Browser storage
Webmail and the dashboard also keep a few display preferences in your browser's local storage — for example which organization you last opened. They never leave your device and contain no personal data.
4. Third parties
When you pay by card or bKash you are sent to Stripe or bKash, which set their own cookies under their own policies. Nothing from those services is loaded on our pages before you choose to pay.
5. Your choices
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the sign-in cookie you will not be able to sign in; everything else on the public website keeps working.
