Mail apps
Set up Outlook, Apple Mail, iPhone and Android
The server settings for any mail app.
Choose “Other”, “IMAP” or “Manual setup” in your mail app and enter these settings.

Outlook (Windows and Mac)
- File → Add account, type your email address, then choose Advanced options → Let me set up my account manually.
- Pick IMAP and fill in the settings above.
iPhone and iPad
- Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Mail Account.
- Enter your name, address and password, choose IMAP, and use the server above for both incoming and outgoing.
Android (Gmail app)
- Gmail → your picture → Add another account → Other.
- Enter your address, choose Personal (IMAP), then the password and the settings above.
Sending fails with an authentication error? Check that the outgoing server also uses your full email address and password. If you turned on two-step verification, mail apps need an app password instead: create one in webmail under Settings → App passwords.
