Paying for your email
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days with up to 3 mailboxes, no card needed. Choose a plan any time during or after the trial to keep your email running.
How do I pay?
Prices are in US dollars, euros, pounds or Taka. Pay by card (Visa, Mastercard and more, through Stripe) or bank transfer; bKash is available for payments in Taka (BDT). Monthly or yearly — yearly gives you 2 months free.
What if I need more mailboxes later?
Add them from Billing at any time. You only pay for the days left in your current period.
Can I switch to a smaller plan?
Yes. A smaller plan or fewer mailboxes starts at your next renewal, so you never lose what you already paid for.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. You pay monthly or yearly in advance. If you saved a card with automatic renewal on, it is charged at each renewal; otherwise you pay each renewal invoice yourself. To stop, turn off “Renew automatically” in Billing and don't pay the next renewal invoice, or ask us to close your organization. Your email keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Copy your mail out with any IMAP mail app first: unpaid accounts may be deleted 60 days after the due date.
What happens if a payment is late?
Nothing changes for 7 days. After that sending is paused (you still receive and read every email), and after 21 days mailboxes are suspended until the invoice is paid. Your mail is never lost while you sort it out.
