Step 1: Create the new mailboxes
Add your domain and create a mailbox for each person, with the same addresses as before.
Step 2: Start the move
In the dashboard open Move email, pick the new mailbox and enter the old server, user name and (app) password.
Step 3: Point your domain here
Change your MX record to us. New mail arrives here while old mail is still being copied.

Which plans include moving email?
The Move email tool is part of the Business and Pro plans. On Starter, our team can still help — contact us.
Gmail or Outlook says my password is wrong. Why?
Both usually require an app password for outside access. Create one in your Google or Microsoft account security settings and use it in place of your normal password.
Will I lose email during the switch?
No. Mail sent before you change the MX record lands in the old mailbox and is copied over; mail sent after it lands here directly.
Can you move contacts and calendars too?
Mail and folders are copied automatically. Contacts can be imported from a CSV or vCard file in webmail.
