Good sending

Email marketing: campaigns and workflows

Send newsletters and automatic welcome series to people who opted in.

Marketing in the dashboard is included in the Business and Pro plans after your first payment. Campaigns are sent separately from your mailboxes, so a newsletter never puts your everyday email at risk.

1. Build an audience

An audience is a list of people who agreed to receive your emails. Import a CSV (a column called email is required) or add a sign-up form to your website; with double opt-in on, people join only after confirming by email. Your address book and company directory are never used for marketing.

2. Write and send a campaign

Write the newsletter (AI can help with the copy), run the spam check, send yourself a test, then send now or schedule it. Your first campaign is checked by our team before it goes out. Afterwards you see opens and the links people clicked.

3. Automate with workflows

A workflow emails each new subscriber on their own schedule — for example a welcome series with a few days between messages.

Every message has a one-click unsubscribe link. People who unsubscribe, bounce or complain are never emailed again, and sending pauses automatically if bounces or complaints get too high. Never import bought or scraped lists — see our Acceptable use policy.
