Move email from another provider

Move email in the dashboard copies all mail and folders from an old mailbox into one of your mailboxes here. The old mailbox is not changed. Included in the Business and Pro plans.

1. Create the new mailbox first.
2. Open Move email, choose the mailbox to Copy into, then enter the old provider's IMAP server, port, security, username and password. Gmail and Outlook may require an app password created at that provider.
3. Press Check and start. We test the old sign-in first and tell you plainly if it fails.
4. Follow the progress under Moves. It can take from minutes to a few hours; you can keep using the new mailbox meanwhile.
