The AI assistant

Turn it on, then write, rewrite, summarize, translate and search with AI in webmail.

The AI assistant is powered by Google Gemini. It is off until an owner turns it on in the dashboard Overview; the same card shows how many AI requests your organization has used this month.

In webmail

  • Write with AI: say what the email should say (English or Bengali) and edit the draft before sending.
  • Improve my draft: make your text clearer, shorter or more formal. Your signature and the quoted message are left alone.
  • Summary and Translate this message on any message you read.
  • Suggested replies to start a reply from.
  • Ask AI next to the search box: search with a question in plain words.

In the dashboard

When a DNS record on the domain page isn't right yet, Explain with AI tells you in plain words what to change at your domain provider.

We keep only usage counts — not the text you sent to the assistant or its answers. Always read AI text before you send it.
